Two children model their new school uniforms.

Our sincere thanks to the congregation of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Sister Bay, WI. Your generous donation was used to purchase bolts of fabric for new uniforms at the Light Nursery and Primary School.

The fabric, thread and notions for the new uniforms were all sourced locally in Lagos’s amazing Balagun market. Thanks to their new sewing machines, the uniforms for all the children (yes, all 185 of them!) have been sewn by the teachers at the school. And at our last visit, these two children proudly modeled their new clothes for the camera!
